There are two ways to redeem a Zenless Zone Zero code. The in-game method works on every platform; the web method is faster if you're at a desktop.
In-Game Method
Works on every platform — mobile, PC, and console.
- Open Zenless Zone Zero and complete the prologue (codes need Inter-Knot Level 8 or above).
- Tap the menu icon and open the Inter-Knot menu.
- Tap More (⋯).
- Tap Redemption Code.
- Paste the code and tap Confirm. Rewards arrive via Inter-Knot mail.
Web Method
Faster if you're already at a desktop. Rewards still arrive via in-game mail.
- Open the official Zenless Zone Zero redemption site.
- Log in with your HoYoverse account.
- Pick your server (America, Europe, Asia, or TW/HK/MO).
- Paste the redemption code.
- Click Redeem. Rewards arrive in-game via mail within a few minutes.
