There are two ways to redeem a Honkai: Star Rail code. The in-game method works on every platform; the web method is faster if you're at a desktop.
In-Game Method
Works on every platform — mobile, PC, and console.
- Open Honkai: Star Rail and reach Trailblaze Level 10 (codes need at least TB10).
- Tap the phone icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Tap the More (⋯) menu.
- Tap Redemption Code.
- Paste the code and tap Confirm. Rewards arrive via in-game mail.
Web Method
Faster if you're already at a desktop. Rewards still arrive via in-game mail.
- Open the official Honkai: Star Rail redemption site.
- Log in with your HoYoverse account.
- Pick your server (America, Europe, Asia, or TW/HK/MO).
- Confirm the character that should receive the rewards.
- Paste the redemption code.
- Click Redeem. Rewards arrive in-game via mail within a few minutes.
