There are two ways to redeem a Honkai Impact 3rd code. The in-game method works on every platform; the web method is faster if you're at a desktop.
In-Game Method
Works on every platform — mobile, PC, and console.
- Open Honkai Impact 3rd. You'll need a HoYoverse account linked to your save.
- Tap your captain avatar in the top-left, then open Account Settings.
- Tap Exchange Code (sometimes labeled "Redeem").
- Paste the code and tap Confirm. Rewards arrive in your in-game mailbox.
Web Method
Faster if you're already at a desktop. Rewards still arrive via in-game mail.
- Open the official Honkai Impact 3rd redemption site.
- Log in with your HoYoverse account.
- Pick your server.
- Paste the redemption code.
- Click Redeem. Rewards arrive in-game via mail within a few minutes.
