There are two ways to redeem a Genshin Impact code. The in-game method works on every platform; the web method is faster if you're at a desktop.
In-Game Method
Works on every platform — mobile, PC, and console.
- Open Genshin Impact and reach Adventure Rank 10 if you haven't already (codes need at least AR10).
- Tap the Paimon icon in the top-left corner (or press ESC on PC).
- Open the Settings menu.
- Go to the Account tab.
- Tap Redeem Code.
- Paste the code and tap Exchange. Rewards arrive via in-game mail within a few minutes.
Web Method
Faster if you're already at a desktop. Rewards still arrive via in-game mail.
- Open the official Genshin Impact redemption site.
- Log in with the HoYoverse account tied to your character.
- Pick your server (Europe, America, Asia, or TW/HK/MO).
- Confirm the character that should receive the rewards.
- Paste the redemption code.
- Click Redeem. Rewards arrive in-game via mail within a few minutes.
